Regarding the Source Details in Reservation entry

When I insert an item into an item journal table, after that I want to keep the item Tracking line in the reservation entry table. But how to  assign source ID, source type and source subtype, I can not understand how to include in a reserve table.

So, please help me.

    We have a specific Reservation Codeunits for each different areas in NAV. Just thinking how micro level customisation in these areas will be possible in Business Central.

    Check codeunit 99000835 Item Jnl. Line-Reserve.

    You will find a clue on how to fill it in based on template, batch, etc.
