I have created a SO with a single item and then confirmed. Now, when I am trying to generate picking list, the button is disabled.
Kindly help.

Do you have by any chance have a block on that inventory?
Do you have permissions to generate the picking list?
On the sales order, are you able to manually generate an output order? Or does one already exist?
Check the 'Order type' of the Sales order header is 'Sales order' (not Journal).
Is the item a Service (non-inventory) type items? Typically, these items will have an Item Model Group on which 'Stocked product' is not ticked, and will have a Product type of 'Service'. You cannot post picking lists for these.
Is the quantity on the order lines greater than zero?

I don't have any block on the inventory.
I have full permissions.
I cannot create manually Output Order, it is also disabled.

The Item Model Group was not available. Created new Item Model Group (Weightage Average Stock).
Item had been associated with Item Model Group and the Picking List Button is Enabled.
