Roll up query missing one record from total

I have created a roll up field which totals up a currency value from another entity called "offers". Currently there is one record missing from the roll up field. I have recreated the roll up parameters in an advanced find and I can see the missing record but can not get it to be included in the roll up. I even tried changing the roll up parameters to specifically call the missing record but still couldn't manage. I've tried specifically calling other records and succeeded. This gives me the impression that there is an issue with the particular record.

The parameters for the roll up are below.

And here is the record that is missing. I have highlighted the fields relating to the roll up above.

Any idea why this particular record would not be pulling through?

    Hi Ryan,

Yes I've tried this and still no luck.

    Hey Ciaran,

Is it possible that the datetime behaviour of the Completions Date is causing it to not be rolled up?   Have you tried setting it to TimeZone Independent?

Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately still no luck. I've opened a support ticket with Microsoft but if you have any other recommendations I'd appreciate it.

Is it possible to change it to a different currency (euro for example) and then change it back? Maybe this will cause a refresh over the record and solve the issue?

The currency is set to Pound Sterling.

Can you please then check if the transactioncurrencyid is null for the child record?

We use Dynamics 365 online so are unable to check this.

Is this CRM Online or OnPremise?

If it is CRM OnPremise, you can get a SQL Profiler, while triggering the rollup and see there what filter criteria it uses.

I've seen similar issues in the past where the Transaction Currency Id against the skipped record was null. Can you please check this as well?

    Regards,

    Radu

    Hi Radu,

Thanks for your suggestion. The record is active like the other records.

    Hi Ciaran,

Could it be the state of the entity? Active / Inactive? (Maybe the record that is missing is inactive)? Could you please check that?
