Hi,

I'm having a requirement in which I need to send a meeting invite to the contacts who submit the marketing FORM. I know we can send the event invite as an ICS file in an email, but the requirement is I don't have to send the ICS file but the meeting invite individually to the contacts like we send directly from outlook. Is there any custom or Out of box way to achieve this ?.

I have read the below document but but my requirement is bit different NO ICS file is required.

docs.microsoft.com/.../add-to-calendar

Thanks

    Hi,

Maybe you could try the "Teams check-in" option, which contains the join link of the Teams meeting.

Or just copy the invitation information from Teams and paste it into the marketing email.

There is no other OOTB method to achieve your request.
