Hi all
I have upgraded D365 8.2 to 9.1, but there are missing some feature in Templates. Coud you help to show these features in yellow below ?
Old version 8.2
New version 9.1: Missing Article Template and Mail Merge Template

so what can I do with mail merge templates from old system?
Where are they in new system 9.1 that was upraded from 8.2 ?

Just one further clarification, whilst the menu item for Settings -> Mail Merge Templates is no longer shown in D365 9.1, I've noticed it is still referred to when hovering over the Mail Merge button after running Advanced Search. Has the Mail Merge Templates item been moved somewhere else or can it be turned back on by an administrator? Or should this message in the screenshot be ignored because it's not correct? Thanks,

Settings > Business > Templates
Thanks Samira, we checked there and the Mail Merge Templates option is definitely not shown for D365 9.1 - I guess this must be because that feature is now deprecated and no longer as supported as per your previous response. Thanks for your assistance.
