Hello,I'm trying to retrieve the information about the active view in Customer Service Workspace, using Channel Integration Framework 2. Documentation on available API to retrieve such information would be https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/channel-integration-framework/v2/reference/microsoft-ciframework/getenvironmentWhen calling the respective API while having a Contact selected the return value doesn't include any information about pagetype or record-id, unfortunately. The main interest would be to retrieve the record id when looking at a Contact / Account / Lead entity.Is there any other way I can find out information about the active view? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.Daniel

Thank you very much for the video, quite good.
However, I have to use Channel Integration Framework 2, as that is how my CTI app will interact with the organization, with no other modifications on my part, to not customize the customer service workspace app for each account where used.
If in the end there is no solution using existing APIs I may consider that route as last resort.
