I'm trying to retrieve the information about the active view in Customer Service Workspace, using Channel Integration Framework 2.

When calling the respective API while having a Contact selected the return value doesn't include any information about pagetype or record-id, unfortunately.
The main interest would be to retrieve the record id when looking at a Contact / Account / Lead entity.
Is there any other way I can find out information about the active view?
