Can't see Electonic reporting destination in collections report

Hi Team i am not able to see the my Electonic destination in my collections report. when i use print management i am expecting to see my ER destination but i could not see it. i checked my print management it is also set up correct.

can you please help me

Hi Siva,

Have you configured the destination for the Electronic Reporting format SAV SEC03 Collection Lettor note(Word)? Menu path Organization administration -> Electronic reporting -> Electronic reporting destination.

Please check if you have defined proper action on "Electronic Reporting destination".

If yes, please check if you have activated "Route output of PM reports based on ER destinations that are user action specific (wave 1)" feature.
