Leave and absence configuration

Hi All,

Please provide suggestion on how to configure below leave policy:

Employee joining on 01st Jan is alloted 6 days leave on 01st Jan itself, employee joining on 01st Feb will get 5.5 leaves, employee joining on 01st Mar will get 5 leaves and so on...

Please respond.

    Hi poonamT,

    In the leave plan, you'd create a tier for a month, then set 0.5 leave for each of the tiers.

    Here are the steps to create leave plan:
