Firebug shows up in CRM

Recently the debugging app "Firebug" started showing up in our CRM accounts for most users. I appears to be some browser add-in or something. We have no idea how it got there or how to get rid of it. Anyone ever seen this?

    Kevin,

The firebug I know is a Mozilla Firefox browser add-in.

Whenever we open a CRM account the page loads and then jumps down to a section where firebug shows up with some text and such. We dont use Firefox, We dont know how it got in our CRM. We dont want it there. WE dont know what else it is doing. Thank

Jerry is right this appears to be a debugger plugin that is installed for Firefox.

Since CRM at the moment only work in Internet Explorer there might be the lite version of firebug installed.

You can find out information about that here: getfirebug.com/firebuglite

My suggestion is to review that site and find uninstallation information.

Because they probably have debugging enabled in firebug and if it hits a CRM error it kickoffs a firebug window.

It turned out that some D&B360 developers had it running while troubleshooting some problems with us. Thanks for all the input and suggestiong.
