Hi Experts,

I have built a Product Group for advance notes, I attempt to add the new Advanced Notes Group to the product in Released Product Details and I get an error.

Any help is appreciated

Hello Mkosik27,

I just tested this and it worked perfectly for me.

Are you adding the advance notes to an existing item(already saved) .

In my case, after creating the Advanced notes group, I went to release products, edit and picked the record on the dropdown.

Hi Komi,

We are adding the advanced notes to an existing item. We use the Advanced notes drop down on the General Fast Tab on the released product details and then when attempting to save is when we get the error.

I have tried the same and it works fine.

Ref. to your screenshot, it is a warning. Does it stop you from saving the changes? or you can save the changes?

Have you tried with other released products?

Hi Alireza,

It is a warning that prevents saving changes. We have tried it on other released products - all of them get the same error.

Hi Experts,

Thank you for assisting regarding this issue. We think we may have an idea of where the issue stems. We were able to add an Advanced Notes Group to a newly created item. We are thinking there may be an issue with migrated data.
