Delivery schedule on sales order

Hi,

We have auto charges defined for sales orders. Our client use Delivery schedule function on sales orders. When user create a sales order and divide the lines on delivery schedule, system gets the auto charges for all lines initially. However if user opens delivery schedule again and divide a sales line again system does not get the auto charges for the new lines.

How can we solve this problem without customization?

    Hi,

I guess, this seems to an issue or by design, where auto charges works fine, however if you want to allocate further, it does not work, kindly raise this issue to MS support team for PG team's view on this.
