Hi
I am planning to implement copy case in CRM.
Can you please suggest a way to implement this?
The user is suppose to enter on 2 filed which are lookup and rest should be copied from the case I am copying from.
Any help would be appreciated.

I wrote the java script and its working fine with copy incident.

for this you can also use javascript.
You can develop a JavaScript to bring the needed data and you can add the JS on the onChange method for those two lookup fields. This will run in the client site which will be faster and your user will not need to press a button. But this approach depends of your business requirement I think
