Open an Entry Form on Dynamics GP web client

Hi, currently, we are working with the Dynamics GP Web Client. Including GP form modification, and triggering form with specific data on fields. Things works well on Desktop Client, but on Web Client I still can't figure it out, how to open a form from third-party application.

On desktop client:

We have successfully developed an application in c# which run on Desktop Client. Each time user clicks a button, it will call the Dynamics app to open a specific Dynamics form.

On web client:

We wanted to have same functionality as Desktop Client, which will have our app run as a standalone application or on web browser and perform the same task (Trigger to open Web Client form). Any kind of technique could be fine. E.g Javascript, Silverlight, activeX object...

Any ideal or recommendation would be very appreciated.
