Form capture // script not detected

Hi all,
 
I'm trying to setup form capture on a new website (already did it on several websites).
On this one, no matter what i do :
- create a marketing website and add the script on the page
- use an existing script
- do not include any script at all
 
The result is always the same and stuck on /Waiting the tracking script to call back/.
 
Any idea ? :'(
