link to : customer voice survey

Hello,
Im making a real time journey and i want to sent out a customer voice survey.
When i go to the email elements section -- under LINK TO the option of Survey does not appear. what can be the reason?

    Hi,

    Out of the box, you would ordinarily link to a Customer Voice Survey via the button element in your email:

     
     
    You can then select the relevant survey you have built in Customer Voice:

    In addition to Fionas answer, you also need to enable the Customer Voice feature switch in the settings to link the surveys in emails.
