Hi all,
Thank you for your time in reading this message.

I need to find out ways to generate reports for 1 year of how many transaction is enter into business central for all clients/companys as we are looking into AP automation and the vendor want to find out how many invoices we have keyed into Business central.

As we a professional services company, when a invoice is send to us by email or hardcopies, my accounting colleagues will then manually key in each invoices into BC under each clients/companys.
We have almost 300 clients/companys in the business central.

Understanding from my colleagues that they use this No. Series whereby they set it to always change the starting on for each month.

How can i generate the whole list for 300 client/company rather than going thru 1 by 1?

i need to use excel template to upload for the report of transaction.

Is there any way to do it for all 300 clients/company rather than going thru 1 by 1.?

You can NOW integrate with bill.com to business central.

Alternative, have you look at potential excel template uploads?
