Hi Everyone,
I'm planning on upgrading a 8.2 version Dynamics 365 organization which has heavy plugin and workflow customization, to 9.0. If any one has already done a similar kind of upgrade, please share your experiences and may be some points I have to cautious about before doing the upgrade (like a checklist).
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks David, I am definitely trying a test upgrade for a cloned environment before I try it on production, just wanted to get to know if anyone else has faced anything that I have to be aware of.

There are no known issues with plugins or workflows - these should upgrade with no problems. As per the link in the previous reply, you should pay more attention to client-script. Also, as a general principle, do a test upgrade first and check everything in that
