Hello,

When I enter a phone call or email in CRM, the time is wrong.

Trying to figure out how to set the correct time / clock.

The date and time on my laptop are both correct, however.

Please advise.

Hey.
Any screenshot that you can share with your time and the entry in CRM? It might be happening that the data is stored in UTC, so you should configure your user with a different timestamp, so that data is correctly formated and presented to you.

From my experience, CRMs often default to UTC or a different time zone. Even if your laptop clock is correct, you might need to update the CRM profile settings or admin settings to adjust the time zone.
