NAV 2009 User can't print checks

I haven't worked with NAV for at least 15 years, and have forgotten most of the tricks. I now have a new customer who uses NAV 2009. When she tries to print checks to vendors, there is no response from the printer. I don't see it hitting the print spooler. A different user does not have the same issue. If anyone can indicate which screens, menus, etc. I need to navigate & check settings, it would be appreciated.
