Digital Acquistion Campaign and Leads

Hi

As an organisation we are new to Dynamics365

We are a non-profit with Sales module with Fundraising & Engagement

We are setting up marketing customer journeys as we look to a Digital Acquisition Campaign.

We are looking to have leads come from Social Media Campaigns that enter a customer journey.

How are these leads best identified in Dynamics. From what I currently see they come in as a Contact record.

What I am not familiar with is how to identify these as from Digital Acquisitions campaign - is there a different account type

or do they appear first elsewhere as a lead until converted to a contact record via a donation.

Thanks in Advance

    Hi trentfreck,

Do you mean you want to get those contacts in the Digital Acquisition Campaign? If so, you can create a dynamic segment and add a behavior like this:
