As you see, your report correctly display the value stored in the field. But you want the value you see in the form, which is something else. It's calculated from the database field value, and you need either call or reimplement the same calculation in your report.
The number (45968) means the number of days since 1/1/1900. If you add the days, you get 9 November 2025. The logic in F&O uses functions such as num2Date() to do the calculation.
