We are currently figuring our way through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Premium and Project Operations. After setting up the environment and importing some data I was trying to set up a first project. But when trying to open the "Tasks" tab within the project, following message appears:We couldn’t open your project.Return to Project Home and try opening it again.If you contact support, you can give the following information to the support agent. Correlation ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
I did some research and made sure my user has the appropriate roles, but still can't get around this message to view the "Tasks" tab.
Any ideas?
We are having same issue. We opened a ticket with Microsoft Support. They responded that "this is known issue, product team is aware of this. There is no ETA for the fix"
The work around solution is to open project home project.microsoft.com/.../ . Then try opening the project --> Task tab. I know this is annoying, we are still waiting for permanent solution.
OK, Microsoft Support helped solving the problem. It was just, that the environment was running in "Admin Mode".
