Hello,
My company has just started using Quick Campaigns in Dynamics 365. I've sent campaigns out before on behalf of one user and he would immediately start getting the failbacks and responses.
I sent one out today on behalf of another user, and he's gotten nothing. I find that odd, given that over 2,500 emails went out. Not one failback or even a removal request. T
I even tried to add my personal email as a lead under him and send a Quick Campaign to myself, but I never received it.
I have it checked to allow sending on their behalf, am I missing another step?
hey all show in the campaign as successful and closed. How do I tell if they actually left the organization?
