Is it possible to add a entity form or webpage onclick of forgot password button?
My requirement is to get mobile number from customer as he click on forgot button and let the user enter mobile number and submit, i can send otp to user.
Hi,
I don't think you can customize sign in page as the web template is not available for editing. You can however try updating the process which is called when you click submit the forget password link.

Hi Ravi, SO how can i achieve my above requirement. When user request for new password, i can send him otp as he click forgot password.
When you click send on Forget Password page after putting your email id, there is an action "Send password reset to contact" which is called and sends an email. You can change that action and add you step to send an sms with the required details.
