Period Sensitive AR Aging does not match for different users.

I've got one that I've never seen before. A user at one of my clients reported to me that when he runs the Period Sensitive AR Aging, the totals at the end of the report don't add up: the aging columns don't add up to the Totals column. However, when I run it at the server they do. We also noticed that he gets 104 pages in his report while I only get 94. There are no selections in the Select tab, the company selected is the same, and the Period selected is identical.

Any ideas on what is going on with this?
Thanks!

    Dear Stuart,

Is he using a template? Is he using a customized report ( you can direct this in the solomon.ini for users)

Sometimes you can can weird results for different users if there are orphaned records in the RptRunTime table for the user.  The standard view for the report uses that table (along with RptCompany) to return the AR records for the user who is running the report. Clear out any records in both tables that are linked to that user and the 08611 report (when you know they are not running it).

As it turns out, we were running for two separate periods and, for some reason, the issues he had in the earlier period disappeared when I ran the report for the next period. Looking at the custom report, the only change from the standard was the calculated total field for the Totals column (far right.) Disabled the custom report (per Joel's suggestion above,) and the report now totals as it should.

    Thanks!
