Hello,
I have a recurring issue with third-party cookies and manually sent workflows (using DocumentCorepack and Microsoft Power Automate) in Dynamics 365 CRM. It's a bit difficult for me to explain the issue, but I'll do my best.
The issue occurs after I've sent a workflow, let's call it flow 1, and then move to another registered customer and start up a second, different workflow (flow 2) the system loads flow 1 instead of flow 2. If I'm too quick and press go, the process starts, and the wrong workflow is sent, assuming the flow's if/and rules don't apply - if the flow gets stuck nothing happens.
I was forewarned that this issue might happen by our it consult in January because of Microsoft's new handling of third-party cookies. I updated my browser's settings (listed down below) as I was recommended to do, to avoid this problem.
At the time I was using Google Chrome, and it worked until about two weeks ago. Begrudgingly I switched over to Edge and adjusted my cookie settings again hoping the problem would be solved. It was not.
Given my settings in both Chrome and Edge, this problem shouldn't occur but it still does. The only thing that helps is clearing the cache, but that only solves it for a few days. And to be honest, clearing the cache sucks. I do it regularly but having to do it at least twice a week is pretty annoying.
Changes done to my browser settings include allowing third-party cookies and allowing the following web pages to save my data (as suggested here Cookies or pop-up blocker errors when accessing Power Automate embedded experiences - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn):
[*.]powerapps.com
[*.]powerautomate.com
[*.]windows.net.com
[*.]microsoftonline.com
My /Cookies and other site data/ is disabled as well.
Thank you so much in advance!
