Run directly without error, but error is found while debuging

I am facing a strange issue. In D365, the compilation is completed successfully. It works fine (no error) with the incorrect result. So I try to debug to find the issue. However, the error is thrown out while debugger is attached.
Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.
 
The debugger is attached, and error is found, saying that update must within TTS. (In fact, the record is actually select forupdate and in TTS).
Notice that the new LOT is empty.
 
But when running without debugger, the new LOT is generated and records are updated with the same code.

    What type of development environment are you using? In case this is a new UDE development environment, did you deploy the models to the online environment after the successful build?

    I am using VS Professional 2019, and it is updated to latested version(16.11.45). This function is published to prod environment and running without any error.
