Installing NAV 2013 in a new Laptop with WIndows 13

Hello experts,  I am trying to install the Nav 2013 developer into my new laptop with WINDOWS 10 but it fails on the dev environment launch.  I know that after installing client and server, I still have to apply the CU37 update (platform only).  But the dev environment doesn't want to launch.  Any ideas on how to have a smooth install?

    does the nav service run correctly? check the eventviewer for errors according dynamics nav. which service account did you use? did you try to reinstall the dev. env. client?

    Hi Jonathan.  Thank you much.  I figured it out.  It was erroring out with the web component install as I don't have my IIS enabled.  So excluded that and everything installed successfully.
