At the momment to run the foreign currency revaluation under General Ledger > Periodic > Foreign Currency Revaluation, I want that the accounts realated includes financial dimension. I add the accounts into my structure account and made them default without any sucess.

When you run the foreign currency revaluation did you make a selection in the 'dimension' parameter?
The default value is none; yet, if you select posting or table then the transactions from the foreign currency posting or the account table should be used.
Can you test this in a demo/test system and let us know whether this fixes your issue?
