I’m trying to set up a custom view adding two default fields: gender and start date.
I’m facing two issues:
1. Gender: the option is appearing in the columns for add new field option but is not loading the data from the workers records.
2. Start date: I can´t find the employment start date as an option to add into the custom view.
Do you have any idea what I’m not doing properly?

Hi Ana,
Gender is possible because it is a part of worker entity but not the employment dates. Employment date is not possible to add on worker form as a custom view.
It is not a custom field, both are defaulted fields.
What I'm trying to set up is a custom view for the workers on the personnel management module including gender and employment start date.
