Hi all,
I was getting some garbage value in the stock value report and i have adjusted the value be creating the adjustment journal.
After removing the transaction when i runs the stock value report again i am getting some value in it.In which the report is picking all the items from the system and showing then.
is this am normal behaviour of stsndard ax report that if the item in the search parameter dont have the value then the system will pull all the items, insterd of showing blank report.
Before removing the tranactions.
we have adjusted the value as shown in the first image now there is no value in the system for this item.
If i generate the report again now with the same parameters.
i am getting this result.
which has all the items form that warehouse.

What 'stock value' Report do you refer to exactly? Is this the 'inventory value report'?
What kind of 'garbage' did you get? How did you find out that there was something wrong?
The inventory value report is actually the right report that shows you the inventory value of your items. Probably some of your parameter settings are not fully ok. For details, please have a look at the following site: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx (Note: The Report is for AX2009 but still valid for AX2012 systems).
