Adding IOMS to Power Platform trial environment

Hi IOMS Community,

How does one get the IOMS app to show up on the list of applications to enable/add to a newly setup trial environment within the Power Platform Admin center? I've got my new environment created, however I don't see IOMS in the list of apps to be able to add to the environment. My IT admin has enabled IOMS within Microsoft 365 admin center, but doesn't know how to assign a license for it. There must be some way to connect a IOMS trial license to my newly created Power Platform Environment that is connected to D365 apps. I've tried following setup process for IOMS through the Power Platform trial environment steps but it jumps from setting up environment to it magically being provisioned with IOMS and jumps straight into the setup guide within IOMS after that

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
