Here are some details I gathered abut Permissions in Business Central 2022 Release Wave1:
There is one new Table in Business Central 2022 Release Wave1, when compared to version 19.5 in the Permission Set M365 COLLABORATION. The Table is "Database Missing Indexes 2000000236".
There are also new Permission Sets in Business Central 2022 Release Wave1:
