I have a user that signed up for a free trial of Sales Professional and was able to create an instance and everything worked as expected. The trial period expired and we purchased and applied the full licenses to his account. This was over a week ago.
We have created a new instance with the Sales Professional applied to it and have given the user permissions to this instance. However when they log into D365 the Sales Professional App still isn't appearing.
I have tried to log a support ticket however because the license is not applied it's not showing up as an option.

Have tried the solutions in the above thread but no luck. I believe the issue is that D365 still thinks the users associated with the trial license. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try or next steps?
