Dynamics GP Edit List Freezes between 5-25%

Good Morning! 

One of my clients is having issues with printing GP edit lists. 

Regardless of the module, when printing an edit list, the processes freezes between 5%-25% 

Has anyone seen this before or have thoughts as to how I might go about troubleshooting it? 

They are currently running GP2010.

    Have you have correct printer driver, GP will have sometime printer compatibility issues.  Please click here to see detailed article about this by Mr.Mariano Gomez.
