Microsoft does not provide standard Localizations for Portugal. Does anyone has experience with the configuration for Portugal?

I know one ISV Solution name Arquiconsult for Portuguese localization, you may consider, however I am not advocating here.

Tagging nunomaia . He is from Portugal and can tell you more about the available Portugese localizations.
There isn’t an oficial Microsoft localization to Portugal. Legally only certified software is approved to invoice customers in Portugal.
you have several ways to accomplish that
1- use a localization created by a partner ( most implemented is from Arqui), there is other localizations created by other partners but I don’t have experience with them.
2 - in low volume rolllouts, I have seen using an online invoicing software to bypass localization requirements. You post an invoice in D365 and then call an API from a certified software.
3 - you have the resources to implement the certification requirements by legal tax authorities.
