Within Customer Voice I cannot delete surveys that other people have created, I can delete surveys that I have created. I am a 365 Admin and need to have the ability to delete some surveys. I'm guessing there's a setting somewhere that will give me the access rights. I can't find how to unblock this.
We are working to support using security group to manage permission. Member of the security group will be able to delete the survey.
Thanks for the reply. My opinion is this is an essential piece of functionality. This application coupled with the ability to use Power BI for dashboards and then embedding into Sharepoint is excellent functionality. This is why I'm using Customer Voice and not other products.

Surveys created by a user are owned by the user unless shared to other users today. If the user has left the organization then after 30 days of user removal from the AAD, the surveys will be automatically deleted. We are currently working on a capability for a M365 Admin to take over the ownership of the survey.

I have so many surveys lying around that need to be deleted but no one can. Not the original creator of the survey (which seems to get changed when you share a project), not a member/owner of the security group, nothing...
All my surveys seem to be 'owned' by a team. The id listed in the owner field doesn't resolve to either a user or a group in AAD.
