On various apps stores I see there are two different apps for Microsoft Field Service.
Field Service Mobile (V1.09) and Field Service - Dynamics 365 (V9.1x)
What are the differences between the two apps or should the 365 version now be used as preference?
I believe that Field Service Mobile is used for CRM 2015 - 2016 which has the Field Service Module installed.
Field Service Dynamics 365 is used for CRM 365 which has the Field Service Module installed.
