Hi there, the Goal record within the Talent - Performance module, employee can change the value of the status, say from "Not Started" to "on track".
Questions -
1. is it possible to add more values to the field "Status", if "yes", will the new values be automatically reflected on the "Tiles" at the manager's workspace
2. can we build workflow or Flow according to the changes at the Performance status

It is not possible to add more values to the Status field. You could consider creating a custom field for Status where you can control the values available and then hide the original Status field.
