Hi Everyone

I'm looking for additional information Benefit Enrollment process. We're looking for information on how Talent communicates with the Providers once an employee has been enrolled. I see the DLP courses and the information provided on the Microsoft Doc site, but nothing on the back end process. Do we have to setup a process with Microsoft Flow? Any information on this process, would be greatly appreciated.

Good question. Anyone done this or have any guidance in this area? Could this be done within the Data Management area of Talent? Possibly a Flow? If we provide the provider a CSV and they return a CSV to enter into the system one would think there are variety of methods to input the data in a controlled mapped process. There are other areas that often use external communications such processing of W-4s.

Any guidance in this area is appreciated.
