Hi,
I added more job titles (ex: Hr Director) in CDS (and synchronization between CDS and HR module is enabled). However, they're not showing on the HR module:
Is this normal? Am I missing something?

Please check if you added job titles to the correct data entity.
If so, then please raise a support incident and we will investigate the issue further.

Yes, I did. Now I'm having the same problem with other entities (cdm_department). I deleted some records from CDS, however, they still appear on the HR module.
Please try to sync those entities manually via System administration > Common Data service configuration, select the entity cdm_department and click Sync now button. Then check the changes.

I did that. It updates the departments on HR. However, if a department was deleted from CDS, he is created again (because the department is on the HR module) instead of deleting him on the HR module.
Besides that, this is supposed to be automatic, right?

Yes, it supposed to be automatic if you have enabled the checkbox on Common Data service configuration form.

check after 24 hours. I don't know why, but the update from CDS to HR is not as fast as it used to. I tried recently and it updates HR in about 24 hours
