Ignore this, I can't figure out how to delete posts

So I imported a budget from Excel, but when I hit post, I get this error telling me that the lines are already posted. 

So, i went to the G/L Budget entries and found that this entry is actually unposted. 

I had just imported the entries so I don't know how it thinks they would be posted anyway. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

    Is this a customization?

    Normally you don't have to post a budget.
