Hi,
I have a requirement from my customer in which I should Activate the outlook Sync in Dynamics sales without Syncing the contacts.
They will just sync the appointment and task but not the contacts.
I didnt find any setting in "system setting" in Dynamics to uncheck the contact.
Does anybody have an idea how I can solve this problem?

Hi,
You can de-activate the filter for contact from the system settings for all the users and personal settings for a specific user that will block the sync the contact between outlook and Dynamics CRM.
For, disabling the personal settings of individual users who have created their own filter in the personal settings, you can use XRMtool to view it.
