Report of Item structure tree

Hi all,

In NAV 2009, is there a report of "Item structure tree"?  I enter a top-level Item No. and then report will show a bottom-up tree on which all the components/material and routing steps are listed level by level, until all the branches reach raw material.

If it does not exist in standard NAV, how difficult it is to create the report and what is the estimate cost?

    I think there is a report named:

    Quantity Explosion of BOM

    you can also find explode BOM in sales invoice under function menu button.

    You can use report 'Quantity Explosion of BOM' (as Andri said) for BOM listing for the each item. In this report, the production BOM is completely exploded for all levels, but this report doesn't present routings as you asked; only item structure tree based on BOM. If you want to add routings, you need to make new report or customize this. You can use independent report 'Routing Sheet', but this report is base only on first level.

    This was report based on planned BOM. If you asked it, this is OK, but if you want report based on actual consumption, this is not solution. You can use e.g. 'Prod. Order Comp. and Routing' report, but it is only for first level (only for PO).
