Cost of lot tracked item

Hi,

When I sell specific lot the cost of an item is calculated as Direct Cost and then Adjustment. In other words, when the purchase of the lot was at $50, when the item is sold, I see the cost at $60.63 and then adjustment of -$10.63. What is the system doing?

Also, with one Nontaxable item, why there are 3 lines of $0 entries:

Looking at the value entry, I believe you are using Standard as your costing method. Is it so?

If yes, I do have an explanation for this. Please confirm the costing method being used.
