I found the page on a test envoirment we have running, but on the clients version I cant locate it. If i run it from dev envoirment I get error saying I dont have permission even tough being SUPER.
Here you can see the clients running NAV - not having same options and if I run the page from dev envoirment i get this message.

Verify your NAV License in Dev environment if it's same as your test one.
