Notification emails from Nav

I want to change the value of field 5% in the notification email sent to authorisers. 5% is the url to view the approval document. I can export the template and hard code the value instead of using the parameter, this seems a bit inflexible, does anyone know how this can be done without the hard coded template?

Thanks for the response, sadly the organisation I work for does not have a development licence so I will have to go the hard code the template route.

Hi,

It seems you are using version 2015. For changing values for 5% refer the Approval Management codeunit.

Functions - FillSalesTemplate & FillPurchaseTemplate have mapping for all constants in the Template.

Change the mapping in the functions and the impact will happen when the mail is generated.
