subgrid and other controls missing in form editor "insert" tab

In the legacy form editor I am missing controls like subgrid, web etc. In the new Power App editor I can do it. However when I add sub grid via Power App editor and revert back to the legacy editor - the sub grid manifests as ordinary field. Any ideas what maybe wrong? This happens on any form of any entity.

Hi,

Could you please share your version? When did you observe the issue? I am verifying on below version and didn't encounter the issue.

I do not know since when as I just started coop with this new customer. This is the prod env, and when I create new sandbox and install the apps it is the same.
