In my case workflows are not working and hence one of our functional tried to delete the batch job and following error popped up
Your screenshot is very small so cant see it clearly but you can not delete batch job in 'Executing' state. Change batch job status to 'Canceled', it may take some time to change status to 'Cancelled'. Then you can delete batch job.

What exactly do you mean with not working? The batch jobs might be stuck, In that case, try to restart the services. This seems to be a sandbox, so you should be able to do this yourself.
Hi André thanks for your time, Its actually stuck at submission action only and it is dev test environment

Have you deleted the batch jobs? In that case, you need to use the workflow configuration wizard to recreate them.

I'm done with deleting workflow recreated it but they are still not working so I have raised support ticket and after solution I will update same on this thread
