I’m a Forms Pro user and heard about the migration to Customer Voice effective 1 September. But my Forms Pro page looks the same until now - no migration messages.
I tried to use Customer Voice via https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ProjectPage.aspx, but for a few days now it just shows:
“It looks like Customer Voice is unavailable right now
We’re getting things ready for you. Please check back soon.”
Other users here are seeing the same thing. From the comments on this blog post, it seems other folks are too.

Our IT admin installed the Customer Voice app - that hasnt helped. There doesnt seem to be any info around on how this can be managed.
The Microsoft posts indicate Forms Pro will stop working next week - we are getting very concerned about what will happen to our active surveys.
